Mission & Core Values

Led by the Spirit, the Catholic community of Saint Anne strives to live the example of Jesus who said,

As a united community of believers we gather in worship, prayer, celebration and fellowship to deepen our relationship with God and one another. Whenever two or more are gathered in my name, I am with you. (Matthew 18:20)
As a Christian community we invite and welcome all and are enriched by their presence. Love one another as I have loved you. (John 13:34)
As people of faith we value and encourage lifelong faith formation as essential to spiritual growth. Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (2 Peter 3:18)
As a community of disciples we promise to share ourselves and our resources in God’s service. As God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with…kindness and humility. (Colossians 3:12)
As a community committed to justice we reach out with compassion to those in need. We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works. (Ephesians 2:10)

Understanding the Commission Structure

Our parish Mission and Core Values are supported by four Commissions. The Commissions are Worship, Faith Formation & Education, Human Concerns, and Community Life. The Pastor, Core Staff and Parish Council of Ministries (PCM) collaborate to assure the strategic goals set for our parish are aligned with our Mission by maintaining open communication. Parishioners engage as servant disciples and bring our ministries to life. Although the Administration sector of our parish is not considered a Commission, it provides much needed support to all areas of parish life.
