Read in last week’s Chicago Catholic about the success of House of Hope in supporting Saint Anne’s outreach efforts!
The main source of funding for Project Hope’s support services comes from House of Hope Resale. Through the generosity of our donors and the talented efforts of our all-volunteer team, House of Hope has grown into one of the largest resale shops in the area. We serve a wide range of customers, from serious collectors to bargain-hunting browsers to Project Hope clients. House of Hope Resale invites men, women, students and entire families to volunteer. Assistance is needed for donation intake and sorting, restocking and customer service. Daytime hours are available Mondays through Saturdays, evening hours on Thursdays and during special events. Shifts are flexible – volunteer as often as your busy schedule allows. House of Hope Resale is conveniently located at 955 S. Rand Road, in the Deerfield Commons Retail Center, Lake Zurich.
Finally, we want to appeal to year-end donations and all parishioners making new year ‘clear the clutter’ resolutions and remind folks to donate their new and gently used items to House of Hope Resale in support of Saint Anne Hope Ministries. Our drive up donation center is located in the front of our store at 955 S Rand Road, Lake Zurich. Our donation hours are Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays 9 a.m.-noon. All donations are tax deductible and a receipt is provided. Complimentary pick-up service is available for larger furniture items — please visit https://www.hohresale.org/donate to review the guidelines and pickup form.
