MEMORY BOOK FOR FR. JACK

Fr. Jack has been a strong supporter of the youth of our parish, and in gratitude the St. Anne Peer Ministry Team is working to create a memory book to be presented to him at his retirement party in June.  We are seeking parishioners’ submissions of photographs and written memories that we can include in the book, and that he will be able to take with him as a special reminder of his time here at St. Anne. 

Memories can be submitted in two ways:

• Send electonic files (e-mails, word documents, photos in JPEG format) to bookforfrjack@gmail.com
• Handwritten (legibly--we will be retyping them into an e-file to submit to the publisher) or typed memories and photos can be dropped off at the Youth Ministry Office in an envelope marked "Book for Fr. Jack".  If you want your items returned, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope

IMPORTANT!  Please include the following information with anything that you submit:

• Event
• Date
• Names of those in the photos
• Category (Weddings, Baptisms, 1st Communion, Confirmation, Block Party, REP, St. Anne School, Fr. Jack's 25th & 40th Anniversary, or add your own!)

DUE DATE FOR ALL ITEMS IS APRIL 15th
